🌺 Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and unopened
- in its original packaging
- in the same condition that you received it
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🌺 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@blissbloome.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
🌺 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and resolve it as quickly as possible.
🌺 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
🌺 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning your item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Bliss Bloomé reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
