🌺 We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

🌺 Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, used personal care devices cannot be returned unless defective.

🌺 Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
